Here is a great summer pie to use up all of those delicious, in-season strawberries! It’s really simple and easy to whip up at a moment’s notice for a last minute summer party.
2 cups raw almonds
1/3 cup agave nectar
Grind the almonds in a food processor or Vitamix blender. Mix the ground almonds with the agave nectar in a bowl and press evenly into the bottom and sides of a 5 inch pie tin.
1 1/2 cups strawberries
1/4 cup agave nectar
Slice the strawberries and mix with the agave nectar. Spoon into the pie crust and serve immediately.
