And this is for the Holidays. Specifically Thanksgiving, but many Thanksgiving dishes can lend themselves to Christmas feasts. If you haven’t been following Mark Bittman, he is a great food critic and chef. When you are transitioning into raw food, a great way to start is by becoming vegetarian and Bittman has some great veggie recipes!
