Coconut milk

I love coconut milk, but I don’t love the prices that you find at the grocery. This is a very easy raw milk to make that you can add to a raw cereal or have on its own.

All you need is

1 cup shredded coconut (sweetened or no)

2 cups water

Blend in your Vitamix on high until desired consistency is reached. When you are finished it is best to strain through a nut bag and then serve immediately or chilled. Keeps in fridge for 3 days. Shake well before each use.
